Alfredo Rodríguez Trio y Maria João, cita en el Auditorio Alfredo Kraus del Festival Canarias Jazz & Más Heineken
El Festival Canarias Jazz & Más Heineken presenta este sábado 8 de julio en su 26ª edición las actuaciones del pianista cubano Alfredo Rodríguez al frente de su trío, y a la vocalista portuguesa Maria João, con la misma formación, en un concierto doble que tendrá lugar a partir de las 21.00 horas en el Auditorio Alfredo Kraus (sala Jerónimo Saavedra – Rincón del Jazz).

El Festival Canarias Jazz & Más Heineken inicia este viernes 7 de julio once noches de conciertos con algunos de los mejores músicos del momento. Quizás la más especial se viva en La Graciosa, a la que llega por primera vez con la portuguesa Maria João y la formación grancanaria Banadú. Además, habrá una selección musical en el previo y entre conciertos del dj mr. Kangrejo.
Maria João and Banadú bring the Festival Canarias Jazz&Más Heineken to La Graciosa for the first time
The Festival Canarias Jazz & Más Heineken kicks off this Friday 7 July with eleven nights of concerts featuring some of the best musicians of today. Perhaps the most special of these will be in La Graciosa, where for the very first time Portuguese vocalist Maria João and the group from Gran Canaria Banadú will take the stage. In addition, there will be sessions of music selected & played by DJ mr. Kangrejo prior to and between acts of the group’s performances.
Los Llanos de Aridane joins the venues for the opening concerts at the 26th edition with a performance by the Bill Evans & Dean Brown Band
With performances by Bill Evans & Dean Brown Band (Feat. Etienne M’bappe and Keith Carlock) and Ella at 100, The Latin Side of Ella Fitzgerald, Los Llanos de Aridane joins the list of venues for the opening of the Festival Internacional Canarias Jazz&Más Heineken. This is one of four concerts which will take place simultaneously this Friday 7 July, to kick off the 26th edition of this annual musical event. It will be held in the public square – Plaza de España, starting at 21:00 hours and is free-entrance.
