In this edition of ‘Canarias Jazz & Más’ he will present his new disc, titled, “Con Finad@s”, that came about “from the experience of living three months of strict confinement, and the following year while I tried to remain in touch with all those who had been & still are part of our life and music, which is one and the same thing ”. This new work is a compendium of ideas, songs, grooves “about which I proposed to some amazing musicians with whom I have had & still have, the enormous luck to share my life with during many years”. Jazz fusion, funk, Canarian folklore, Afro & Latin rhythms are found in a simple format that made it possible for each one “to add to the improvisation & interact from different and distant places and times. This is like a ‘parranda’ (carousal) of jazz fusion… or a jam session”.
