KRZYSZTOF KOBYLINSKI
The Polish pianist & composerKrzysztof Kobyliński, with extensive experience in jazz, ethnic, neoclassical and electronic music, is the creator & director of the ethnojazz festival ‘PalmJazz’ in Gliwice, Poland and also director of the Jazovia Centre there.
He has collaborated with some of the most important musicians in the world of jazz & ethnic music, such as Richard Galliano, Trilok Gurtu, Brandford Marsalis, Bill Evans, Randy Brecker & Erik Truffaz, among many others.
Krzysztof is leader of the band ‘KK Pearls’, which is composed of members from different countries from three different continents, crossing borders. As an artist, he strives to create themes with multiple level tracks and formal layers.
